1. What is Personal Data?
Under the scope of the KVKK, personal data refers to any kind of information related to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Personal Data"), and Special Qualified Personal Data, a special type of this, refers to your biometric and genetic data, which is a type of Special Qualified Personal Data, including race, ethnicity, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and clothing, association, foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction, and data related to security measures. The explanations made for your Personal Data within the scope of this Information Text also cover your Special Qualified Personal Data.
2. How Do We Collect Your Personal Data and What are the Legal Grounds?
In all of our personal data processing activities, including KVKK, we act in compliance with the obligations and principles required by relevant legislation and take necessary security measures for the secure processing of your Personal Data. In accordance with the KVKK, we collect and process your Personal Data through the following channels and possible other channels that may be added in the future, automatically or non-automatically, verbally, in writing, or electronically, within the scope of Article 5.1, Article 5.2, Article 6.2, and Article 6.3 of the KVKK, based on the purpose of processing:
· Through websites related to the asplastik.net brand and personal data processed, especially our internet websites, managed by the Company or Group Companies that manufacture and distribute asplastik.net products ("Websites"), mobile and other applications, and other online platforms owned by Group Companies that manufacture and distribute asplastik.net products ("Media Channels") or through cookies ("Cookies") owned by third parties as specified below, where you interact with our websites using your devices,
· Through correspondences conducted via email addresses ("Email"), short messages ("SMS") or multimedia messages ("MMS"), and all kinds of communication tools ("Communication Tools"),
· Through our call centers managed by the Company or third parties providing services to the Company ("Call Center"),
· Automatically or non-automatically, verbally, in writing, or electronically, through third parties such as group companies, business partners, manufacturer companies, or companies from which services/products are procured, who are served by or serve to the Company, etc.

Regarding the Personal Data you share through the channels mentioned above, the Data Controller is asplastik.net.
4. What Personal Data Do We Process?
Examples of the Personal Data we process include:
Personal Data You Provide to Us: Name, surname, date of birth, Turkish Identification Number, phone number, email address, address, and any other Personal Data you share with us through the channels mentioned above. Including Other Information: Personal Data automatically collected through automatic search engines, audio and video recording devices, Cookies, or other means. Data collected through cookies is collected anonymously unless you become a member and is not of a Personal Data nature. Within this context, information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; types and versions of internet browser add-ons, email confirmations, login information, email address, password, computer and connection information such as internet browser type and version, time settings, operating system, platform, purchase history, location, URLs you enter on our Websites, cookie number, products you view or search for, all kinds of phone numbers used to call our customer service number and the recordings obtained to improve security or service quality, etc., can be given as examples of computer and connection information and Personal Data.
Including Other Information from Other Sources: Updated delivery and address information shared with us by social media tools, our business partners, suppliers, and other third parties based on your previous consent; account information, purchase information, page view information; search terms and results, paid listings (such as Sponsored Links), etc., are examples of your Personal Data.
5. For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
As a general rule, we process your Personal Data with your explicit consent. However, in exceptional cases allowed within the scope of the KVKK, your Personal Data may be processed without your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5.2 and Article 6.3).
In this context;
a) Under KVKK Article 5.2 and Article 6.3; (i) to fulfill our legal obligations (tax legislation, consumer protection legislation, occupational health and safety legislation, obligations arising from the code of obligations, commercial code, etc.), (ii) in cases where you are unable to explain your consent due to actual impossibility or if consent cannot have legal validity for a person whose consent is not valid, or to protect the life or integrity of himself or others, (iii) for the establishment or performance of a contract, for the establishment of a legal relationship, to fulfill our legal obligations, to establish, use, or protect a right or to prevent a damage, except for damaging your fundamental rights and freedoms, such as cost reduction, efficient use of resources, observation of call center service quality, including but not limited to the protection of our legitimate interests, such as (ensuring your security and measuring the quality of the service provided to you, evaluating and resolving your requests made in this context, and similar processes used operationally for cost reduction purposes, and transactions that may be attributed within the scope of relevant regulations can be given as examples); Your Personal Data are processed without obtaining your explicit consent. In addition, we can process your Personal Data within the scope permitted by the KVKK in a way that is proportionate to the consent granted within the scope permitted by the KVKK.
b) If we obtain your explicit consent by becoming a member of asplastik.net under KVKK Article 5.1 and Article 6.2 through the abovementioned channels:
(i) Internet advertising, targeting, re-targeting, cross-selling, campaigns, offers, and product/service advertisements are processed for the purpose of presenting personalized opportunities for products and services, using Cookies for this purpose, offering commercial deals considering your preferences and recent purchases.
(ii) Processing to determine how you became aware of our Internet sites, creating non-anonymous traffic statistics through unique user records, enhancing the enjoyment of visiting the Internet sites and increasing their usability and functionality, processing to recognize you during your visit to the Internet sites and providing personalized content and customized browsing opportunities based on your expectations and interests, using Cookies for this purpose, also tracking your usage habits based on previous records during your visits to Company Stores and presenting personalized Products to you.
(iii) Processing for sales and marketing activities, presenting personalized advertisements, campaigns, advantages, and other benefits primarily for you, and conducting other marketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities, using Cookies for this purpose.
(iv) Processing for the creation of new product and service models, using Cookies for this purpose.
(v) Sending electronic commercial communications (such as campaigns, newsletters, customer satisfaction surveys, product and service advertisements).
(vi) Sending gifts, promotions, and other magazines/periodicals.
(vii) Corporate communication, organizing events and invitations, and providing information about them.
(viii) Furthermore, with your explicit consent, Special Category Personal Data can be processed for the purposes specified in Article 5.2 of the KVKK and the purposes specified from (i) to (vii) here.
In this context, for each type of processing that requires your explicit consent, you can support us by giving your consent in the relevant documents and fields to provide you with better service. However, this Information Text has been prepared solely to fulfill our obligation to inform as a Data Controller under the KVKK, and your explicit consent will be obtained separately for these processes, and if you do not provide explicit consent in the relevant channels, these processes will not be carried out. 6. What is the Processing Period for Your Personal Data? Your Personal Data will be processed in compliance with the mandatory periods stipulated by the KVKK and other relevant legislation, as long as the legitimate purposes stated above are not eliminated. 7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties and/or Abroad The Company may transfer the Personal Data collected through the mentioned channels and methods in this Information Text to third parties or abroad within the scope of the KVKK and other legislation, and within the purposes stated in this Information Text. Your personal data may be transferred to:
a) Third parties within the country and third parties abroad, including but not limited to storage, archiving, IT support (server, hosting, software, cloud computing), security, call center, cooperation partners and/or service providers who provide support in areas such as production and distribution of the Company's and/or asplastik.net products, suppliers, banks, financial institutions, legal, tax, etc. advisory firms, and authorized institutions and organizations, where the purposes that do not require explicit consent within the scope of Article 5.2 and Article 6.3 of the KVKK exist.
b) Third parties within the country and third parties abroad, including but not limited to storage, archiving, IT support (server, hosting, software, cloud computing), security, call center, cooperation partners and/or service providers who provide support in areas such as production and distribution of the Company's and/or asplastik.net products, suppliers, banks, financial institutions, legal, tax, etc. advisory firms, as well as CRM firms, market research companies, third parties that provide support in advertising, marketing, sales such as mailing, SMS sending, upon obtaining explicit consent in accordance with Article 5.1 and Article 6.2 of the KVKK.

· If the reasons requiring the processing of your Personal Data cease to exist in accordance with the purpose, duration, and principles of legitimacy, you can request the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data, evaluating whether the conditions in the Article 5.2 and Article 6.3 of the KVKK are met,
· In case your Personal Data is corrected, deleted, or destroyed, you can request that these transactions be notified to the third parties to whom Personal Data is transferred,
· In case a result emerges against you as a result of analyzing your Personal Data processed by solely automatic systems, you can object to this result,
· If your Personal Data is processed unlawfully and you incur damage as a result, you can request the compensation of the damage. In this context, within the scope of the rights stated above, you can send your requests, which are your application to the Company by filling out the application form on our Internet Site with identifying information and documents, or by creating your own request in accordance with the conditions determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
